1-on-1 Coaching

Honoring Mother Earth energy, ancient wisdoms, and the ancestors are the deep wild roots within my intuitive and creative style of coaching.

I am the holistic energy coach for you…

If you’re ready to connect with your own innate knowing and awaken your creative power, I’m the Holistic Energy Coach who can guide you deeper into your inner wilderness. My intuitive, creative approach to coaching will open the gate to your secret garden where the gift of presence awaits to greet you. It is calling forth your own deep wild wisdom aligning your energy with Mother Earth. It is rising up as the simple truth in your body, the sacred temple that offers you sanctuary in life.

I see you. There’s a longing within you …

  • Feel connected, whole and in the flow
  • Listen to your heart and intuition
  • Believe in yourself whole-heartedly
  • Stand confidently in your creative power
  • Risk change to follow your heart
  • Take time to play and be curious
  • Tune into what you truly need
  • Let go of the confusion and illusion
  • Experience calm and peace of mind
  • Unpack indifference and avoidance
  • Acknowledge that quiet voice inside
  • Respect your personal boundaries
  • Celebrate milestones in your life
  • Fully enjoy the here and now

I can definitively relate to where you’ve been and where you are right now!

As your Holistic Energy Coach, I will support you to shed what you no longer need so that you are able to honor what you do need in your life here and now. Believe me when I say, I know what its like to eat at the same table with self-doubt, self-denial, self-blame day in and day out. Wondering if you’re ever going to be good enough, smart enough, or if you have what it takes to accomplish your dreams.

I know what it if feels like to never follow through on your own dreams because you’re too busy meeting obligations from others or taking care of their problems first. In the past, I’ve often taken it upon myself to be the responsible one. If there was something that needed to be done I believed that someone had to do it. That someone was usually me.

I made myself available to community and others to the point of exhaustion. I did it because it filled an eternal emptiness inside. I felt like I had purpose as long as I was helping others. I felt like I belonged. The only problem was that it was a false sense of belonging.

I received acceptance, appreciation and approval, but I was always depressed and lonely. It became a back and forth movement between abandonment and empowerment mode. I rarely said yes to my own needs, dreams, or desires. Saying yes often led to bearing the burden of obligation triggered by guilt.

I was too busy feeling responsible for other people’s emotions, looking for validation through my actions instead of from my own worth. I was taken for granted. People didn’t value what I had to give because I didn’t value what I had to share, namely myself. They didn’t respect my input. Eventually, I felt tired of doing for others, more often than naught, feeling unseen, not heard, or nonexistent. So, I decided to stop and validate myself.

I began to peel the onion layers of this mindset away. I became aware that my worthiness was attached to being responsible and caretaking. I had to learn to let go of the attachment. It was a process of becoming reacquainted with my own needs, dreams and desires by starting to make space and time for myself daily. It was about discovering and practicing what healthy boundaries meant consistently. I had to give myself permission to take up space.

Making time for myself to do what I enjoy has became a priority. It is like garden work; planting seeds of self-acceptance, self-love, self-forgiveness, and respect. I needed to admit that I was worth it. Acknowledging that I could still help others while honoring my own deep wild path at the same time was empowering.

The truth of my worthiness dawned on me one day when I opened my eyes to see a woman enjoying herself and feeling like her life mattered. She was learning to balance a life for herself and still make a difference for others. That woman was me, myself and I. Now, I am walking with my ancestors in wholeness, allowing myself to receive as much as I give. I would love to hold space for you as you tap into your own infinite well of wholeness and worthiness.

Might this sound familiar?

  • Open to higher consciousness

My job is to hold space for you.

It is imperative that you feel safe so I can ask you the hard questions which will crack you open. I will help you to clean out old habits that no longer serve your life. I will support you as you uproot fears and beliefs that aren’t helpful to sustaining a healthy life balance. I will encourage you to reclaim your emotional and mental health so that you can experience a life of spontaneous joy, increased confidence, and a renewed appetite for living life.

I will advocate for you to flex your self-care muscle as you start trusting yourself and learn to say yes to yourself more and more without guilt. I will help you create a plan that will set you in motion towards a mentality that is process-oriented instead of results-oriented. I will assist you to declutter your mind and heart so that you can deep listen to your intuition. I will inspire you to be playful and curious about your path as you walk deeper into your inner wilderness. Kind Words

“As Salem and I focused on my inner work and healing, a sense of ease rose up and I began to realize what a powerful inner resource I had at my finger tips. Our time together really broke me open in a way that I had been longing for and our sessions were much more than I expected. I feel so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with this Goddess.”

Chanda Rule, Singer, Storyteller, Joy Spreader

“Salem gently guided me to connect with my creative side and showed me how to let it have space in my life. She has a way to intuitively understand what you need and she creates that tender, safe space where you can feel free to explore deep inside yourself. If you’re looking for a coach, I highly recommend working with Salem. You can trust her intuitive power to help you reach your goals.”

Daniela Domenicali, Mindset and Transformation Coach

“One of the biggest changes I’ve witnessed in myself through working with Salem was how much I allowed myself to let go and live more. With Salem’s support, I started accomplishing more of what I wanted in a balanced and mindful way. Her coaching sessions were a life-changing experience for me. I highly recommend her, especially if you connect with her work and are looking for support on how to tap into your inner wisdom, and create a life that honors you.”

Michelle Terese, Writer

“After working with Salem, it was such a comfort to be able to trust that no matter what might come, I felt confident to face it with an open heart. I understood that my self-worth was connected to setting healthy boundaries. Salem is an excellent coach with a strong sense of balance. She is like a guardian whose strong, feminine energy guides you gently into a life of beauty.”

Katarina Buben, Doula & Massage Therapist

“Salem put her focus on precise areas where I needed the most support. After the second session with her, I started to feel more at ease with everyone around me. Difficult relationships began to improve, sometimes drastically. I met the love of my life and was even offered a great job. The biggest change, though, is that I feel empowered to do whatever I want with my life. I feel that things are no longer struggles, but challenges, that I can overcome.”

F.A.Q

u

How will I find the time, I’m so busy?!

This is the first thing that will be addressed. It is part of the work that will guide you deeper through your process as you meet your need for more time and space. Nothing changes if it you don’t acknowledge what needs changing. The way you spend your time says a lot about your priorities. Some of those priorities might need to change if you want to achieve your goals. I will support and guide you through that process. It is a matter of choosing to start now, committing to it and getting to the end. Once you dig into the work it will naturally fall into place. This is about trusting the process. It is important from the beginning to set intentions that will ensure your success, so if you’re dedicated, realistic and sincere you will realize the change you’re seeking.

u

Can I really transform myself and my life in three months?

Yes, I absolutely believe this is possible and doable for you. I’m here to support you through this new journey. If you find that you need more time for transformation, we can always extend your coaching series into a longer one.

u

Can I put myself first and still be connected to other people?

Putting yourself first is not selfish — it’s you in your power. Your heart has enough space for you and others to connect simultaneously. It is infinite like the universe. Your heart is completely capable of giving generously within healthy boundaries. It becomes an authentic exchange of giving and receiving. An expansive energy that honors a genuine interdependence. Relating from a space of worthiness, abundance and interconnection will bring you true connection. Putting yourself first is not selfish — it’s you in your power. We have been cut off from our sovereignty because of the the deeply embedded lies that colonization and the patriarchy have implanted within our subconscious.

u

Are you the best person to coach me?

The best way to know this is by connecting with me, which is exactly the opportunity that my free, no obligation Deep Wild Discovery session provides — schedule yours here. I’m qualified and passionately committed to your journey. If I can show up for myself and commit to deep, heartfelt change, then I can extend you the same respect and dedication for your transformation. As a certified Beautiful You coach, I’ve acquired proven skills and strategies to support you, while tuning into my intuition and creative power to meet you where you are, and help you move forward towards deep wild wholeness.  I see my coaching role as creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to give yourself the gift of presence while you reclaim and own your innate wisdom. I provide the accountability and gentle push needed to unleash your deep wild ‘self’ into the wilderness of your soul. I care deeply about you and your journey because I know what it’s like to feel separated from one’s sense of self. I do this work to help other womxn and femmes return home to their true essence. We’re in this together. I believe in you! Let’s take the time to connect with one another and find out if I am the best person to coach you or not.

u

This looks like a serious investment. Can I be assured it is worthwhile?

You aren’t alone in wondering about this,I’ve had similar thoughts about courses and coaching programs as well. The money you’re spending is being invested into your most important and precious resource – YOU. It is a one-time investment to create amazing results and a positive ripple effect in your life. Truth is, you are worth every cent you will ever invest in yourself and more! If you are experiencing hardship, I offer a sliding scale and a scholarship option to ensure my services are available to a wide audience including BIWFOC folx. If you’re in a position where you can’t afford the costs right now, contact me for details. Let’s see if we can find a way to feel good about this on both sides.
